About Anne
I am based in North Lanarkshire and work from my own kitchen making your unique, cakes and bakes.
A bit about my baking career - I have worked in catering for over 16 years now. My first memory of baking cakes was at the age of 3 with my Granny Shirley and during the school holidays. We would make everything from Victoria sponges to tray bakes.
My Mum and Gran laid the foundations for me to eventually qualify in hospitality and catering at college. I have been incredibly lucky to work with some amazing chefs and lecturers, that still support and advise me today.
After leaving school I started off with a well-known and well-loved local family bakers in Aberdour. I worked in the bake house where I learnt a lot of tricks of the trade from Mr Fred Lonie. 🥚
Over time, baking has become a passion and a way of expression. Every product I create has a story and I love seeing smiles on faces when they receive their cake.
